A college student, Daylan has completed four full seasons of his self proclaimed show. Aimed at having guests on and sharing their stories. Season 5 Episode 9- Featuring Will "Zee" Tidwell
The wait is over!!! Founder of “Speakupzee”, Will “Zee” Tidwell joined me on the show this week!
A native of Little Rock, Arkansas Tidwell truly has one of the most inspiring stories you’ll hear. Growing up with a very weary childhood, Tidwell’s relationship with his father truly embedded him into the man that he is today, and set his passions up for his life.
Appreciative of his journey as a child, Tidwell attended Wilbur D. Mills grew up, before attending Estem High school his final two years. This is where Tidwell and I met, he would come back years later, and speak to students about his journey, and his motivational speech truly left an impact on me.
The journey of his time at eStem was truly remarkable, gaining valuable insights about his academic and personal struggles, his story will allow you to give yourself some grace.
After High School, Tidwell would go to college, only to realize the path was simply not for him. He would share an amazing story about a group of friends he had during college, and the explanations behind them being in college truly changed his viewpoint on his life.
After taking some time to digest, Tidwell would move on with his journey, he would begin his entrepreneurship journey launching “Speakupzee”, changing the landscape of his life forever.
For almost 10 full years now, Tidwell has changed his life and others lives. His program has simply focused around helping people. Tidwell has developed outreach programs, helping young people sustain identities, giving them opportunities to work, and a plethora of other things. Tidwell has also launched a platform through his work, capturing many conversations, his podcast and motivational speeches have reached hundreds and thousands of people across the world.
Truly one of the most remarkable conversations I’ve ever had, I truly hope you learned a lot from Tidwell, but I hope my words spoke life into you as well. It’s been my duty to open up more during season five, and Tidwell truly allowed me to relate and appreciate so many of the topics we talked about.
