Sports agent, Janese Constantine joined me on the show this week! A native of Indianapolis, Indiana Janese grew up in a family oriented family, with her parents and brother all being athletes and still having close ties to sports.

One of the best athletes to come through the prestigious Ben Davis high school, Janese was awarded the Gatorade player of the year award for her outstanding play as a basketball star. Attending The University of Wisconsin, the accolades would continue to come, as the transition from high school to college was a challenge, but the true love for basketball kept her motivated.

Playing professionally for three years overseas, a point would come for the realization that her body could no longer handle the rigors of playing, and the fruition of coaching could be a possibility.  A huge connection tree, she gained her first coaching opportunity at Auburn, as a graduate assistant. She would then move to Milwaukee, and would gain her first true coaching job at IUPU. Spending a few seasons there and elevating the program, she would be blessed with the opportunity to go home, and be an assistant for coach Teri Moren, and it was a dream come true.

Following her husband’s dream, as he would go and work for Nick Saban at Alabama, a sudden coaching opening for the Crimson Tide’s staff would open, and a close connection would get in touch with Janese and insert her as a part of the Alabama family. Now focused on living a more balanced life, as a mother, Janese has joined the Endebrock Talent Management team as a sports agent!

“I was always grateful, and that I was always kind. I always treated people with respect, and if I wasn’t, I never had any problem apologizing and admitting I was wrong”.

A truly great episode filled with pure positivity, please enjoy and learn from a great human being! God blessed!
